Everyone was so courteous and helpful. I took my cat to Urban Vet's over the weekend because my cat had a very swollen lip. I was explained in great detail what the possible issues were and what our next steps would be in determining the cause and resolving her problem . She was treated, following bloodwork, and a couple days later she was back to normal! I want to thank the entire staff for helping my little Willow. You guys are a great team.

I can't say enough good things about Urban Vets. From the moment I called and came in for my first appointment with my 11 week old puppy, I was truly amazed by the staff. They are all so loving and friendly, especially Elvin. You can tell that they are all animal lovers and do what's best for your pets. I am very picky about the care my puppy receives, but I wholeheartedly trust Dr. Cohen and Elvin. I've owned dogs for over 30 years, and I can say that I have two favorite vets: Dr Chad Hall in Tampa and Dr. Howard Cohen in NYC. We are very blessed to have found such a wonderful place to care for our puppy.
